Ham & Lyme 50k is by far the most popular Albion Running event. There are a number of reasons for this, but with it reaching the 10th edition in 2025 we started to think of how we might offer something new alongside the known and loved event. Therefore in 2026 there will be the usual summer Ham & Lyme, including the 100k, but there will also be this Autumn Spectacular on Saturday 19th September, which will feature the 50k only and will allow you to run this sublime route with friends both old and new along with the usual awesome aid stations along the way and everything else that makes this the event it has become. The difference being that the course will be showing autumnal signs, there will be different nature to see along the way, different views because of the shifting season and a few additional autumnal touches. This may be a one-off event; we will see how it all goes and what interest there is, but Ham & Lyme has become so popular these days that it makes sense to give it a go :) ....
